    I always get this message during the shutdown process and I fell frustrated about this.....I didn't modified or open Symantec that day but I get this message during shutdown....please help me...

    What's the exact version? Did you try a reinstall??

    Have you try repair SEP client ?

    What exact sep version are you using ?

    Then its likely a very old version and you need an upgrade. Are you sure its SEP? SEP is enterprise version and doesn't come preinstalled on PC's.

    I buy my computer last year now it almost 1 year...I always update my sep and it always up to date but I don't know why I getting this problem

    I think some files is missing and will try to repair my sep

    Yes you can try to repair add/remove programe otherwise you need to install latest SEP version.

    The problem is this may be a bug which requires a product upgrade. Try a repair first otherwise you can download a new version from https://fileconnect.symantec.com using your serial number.

    After I'm try to repair my SEP and the problem doesn't occur anymore...thanks for your suggestion ...
