If clients pulled it down then they should begin the upgrade process. Did it error out? What does the log show on the client end?

    %temp%

    SEP_INST.log and/or SIS_INST.log

Run the symhelp tool on an affected client to see what's going on

Sometimes SEP_INST.LOG can be found under %WINDIR%\Temp

is that link working ? and are sure that the there is no firewall and/or netowork settings which may be blocking the client from downloading the package ? and are you sure if the client has downloaded the package ?

for any installation related issue you would need to look into sis_inst.log located at the following location

    C:\Program Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\currentversion\Data\Install\logs\

See if the package is in %temp%

Have you tried manually installing it to see if it throws an error?

Is package supported with group assigned ? Since package on web server was assigned to group.
