This will not be possible in 1 job.
You better change to differential backups on weekdays, this will backup all data changed since the last full backup, and therefore require only 2 jobs/tapes to restore. The full and last differential.

Hi,
You'd restore from your Full backup, unless you wanted to restore from a specific day during the week.
Thanks!

Actually it is possible from one job as long as
a) You are running BE 2012 AND all of the media for every set needed is still online on the media server (this is because the BE 2012 file system restore selections look like a full backup and then use the catalog files and inventory to locate all the media and mount it as needed)
OR
b) You are running a synthetic backup scenario (which requires more licenses and a more complicated job configuration.
