Hi,

Im installing via push deployment SEP 11 RU6 MP1 but most of the time it stops and I checked on Event Viewer of my SEPM Server, it shows " fault address 0x0004b4df". Tried the suggestion from this link http://www.symantec.com/connect/forums/client-installation-failing but it still wont install.

any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

Increase the timeout value

and push the install

if the target machine is windows7/vista disable UAC and push

you can also use autoupgrade feature

Hi!

We have a solution already. The previous AV is blocking .exe files being sent to the PC via network. After disabling that function, everything is working, I can push install now.

**by the way im using SEP Prep tool to uninstall the old AV, I just want to let you know. ☺**
