Faulting application error

This issue has been solved. See solution.
On one server I am getting a fauling application server. The server is running 2003 sp2 standard edition
Here is the error from the event log. Anyone have any ideas I have already tried running cleanwipe and reinstalling SEP

do a repair of sep from add/ remove programs, monitor the server for error message..

Create a new install package
Create a new install package with the setting "remove all the previous logs and policies." and then install that package and see if you are still getting the errors
