Probably a Corrupt XML in the Filtering Rules Folder

Hi Aliano,

Did this start happening after creating a custom filter rule, or after importing settings from a previous install-?

I have seen such messages when some of the .xml files that SMSMSE uses for content filtering become corrupted.  The most likely culprit will be one of the .xml files in the FilteringRules folder.

You might be able to resolve this by just recreating the custom filters.  I that does not resolve the issue, the quickest solution is to reinstall the product- but do not import the previous settings.

Please let the forum know of your progress!

Thanks and best regards,

Mick
