What version of EV are you on?
Aren't you on EV10? cos it looks like you're running a version of EV8 for the FSA PHS?

Did you upgrade the phs?? And is it still throwing that error stating 8 sp4??

what PHS ?

I have already upgraded the agent since I saw the error message that the FSA agent was still on 8.0.4, now I am still wondering why the Clustered Resource EV agent cannopt be bring back online again safely ?

Because when I tried to bring it online again it failover the whole server and still in error state.

Ok, so in this case I'll have to manually install and reconfigure the FSA in both nodes.

because the push installation doesn't work somehow.
