In the new version, how can I view only a subset of favorite or just my synchronized email folders?  Since I only sync four of my 36 folders on my phone, I only want to see those folders when I select which folder to view or choose to move a message to one of these folders.

Do you mean adding a list of favorites? We're working on adding that soon.

In the previous version of TouchDown, there was an option (don't recall where) that would only display folders selected for synchronization.  With the current version I have to scroll through a large number of folders/sub-folders to find these folders.  I would not call this a feature request so much as a feature return.
