Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1

Trying to manage depolyment of Endpoint and when creating packages, there are two references to Outlook in this version of Endpoint.

Policies  --->   Microsoft Oulook Auto-Protect

Client Install Feature Set   ---> Microsoft Outlook Scanner

What is the difference between these?  A search of this forum does not turn up distinguishing characteristics.

Same thing.

The Outlook Scanner itself scans incoming email attachments.

The Policy section is where you manage the settings for the Ooutlook scanner
