Is there a common place/website where I can feedback Symantec about SEP?

I know that there are Symantec employees here in the forums, and that some bugs are fixed after reported here, but I'm not sure if this is the better place to tell Symantec about something I expect from their future products, or something I would like to change on the actual one.

:"Ideas" is the section which you may explore to put your comments on the existing products/features/feedback.

Well, I'll give it a try... the problem is that it seems that Symantec will only hear the popular ideas, and I'd like that they hear me =P

What I want to do is to complain about the behaviour of one of SEP features. The way it works is not good for us.

you can provide a direct feedback here: https://secure1.symantec.com/support/ProdSuggestion.nsf/suggestion
but the section "ideas" is much better because there Symantec can evaluate how much the idea is popular and give you a feedback.
In some way Symantec has to set a priority to all these enhancement requests.
If you believe that you have found a bug, it has a higher priority but you have to open a case with the support to track it.
