A Few Clients Can't Update

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi everyone!

i got a problem with our SEP Clients where a few SEP Clients was up to date and then a few other Clients can't updated in Antivirus adn Antispyware Protection.

Could you tell me please, how finished it? B'cause i still newbie in SEPM. I captured the screen on Clients where it wasn't update.

I wait your opinio and solution as soon as possible..

whats the SEP version?

can you check the communication issues if any?

SEP version is 11.4

the comunication is good when i tried copying link to web address, and the the display getting OK!

can you post the sylink log from the machine which is not updated?

also you should really think of upgrading the SEP version.

Could you tell me where i can find the system log? is it this picture?

yup it should be upgrading to 12.0, should not it?

but for now i want all clients status update.

Do you see the green dot on the icon in the task tray?

How long has it been since they updated? What is your heartbeat set to?

Perhaps you may just need to wait a little longer for the clients to up date. Once the SEPM updates, the clients will take some time to updated depending on the load on the SEPM.

yes, the icon tray displayed SEP wasn't green but circle only.

since May at 13th updated. nope, i updated SEPM too. In tab Admin -> Server -> Download Updates. And then, i get status is Update Failed.

I don't have proxy server or etc.

The SEPM can't update, so i think the client can't update too..

Have you idea or soution for this?

Yup, capacity free drive C: still much.

I can't have proxy server and the server have internet connections.
