Above option is not available in 12.1 versions. How to enable this option in 12.1 version.

When we nned to clear the infected files , in 11.6 we can clear the infected files going to montiors-> logs->Advance settings ->Compliance options->select the infected only -> view logs -> selected all and we have option clear infected status .this option not availabel in 12.1 version

The settings is now available

The settings is now available in the domain properties of the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager:

1. Open the SEPM Console
2. Select Admin on the left
3. Browse to Domains at the bottom
4. Right-click on the domain and select Edit Domain Properties

Yes, this was a change in SEP

Yes, this was a change in SEP 12.1 RU1 where it was moved to domains. The initial release of SEP 12.1 located this setting under site properties.

Thank you for marking as a solution if you felt this response met your needs!

I think the other clear the

I think the other clear the infected files option has no change, you need to select the "Computer Status" in the Log type, and when you click the Advanced Settings,  the "Complinace Options" is available in blue color under Log type box, click on the compliance option link, you can choose other options to select, such as, infected only, I think this is what you wanted, view log, from there you can Clear infected Status or take other actions on all or selected computers.
