  • 1.  File access on Win 7 bitlockered partition under WinPE

    Hello,

    we are able to deploy Win 7 using WinPE 2.1 provided by Symantec but we are not able access files on the partition which is lock and can be unlock only using Win PE 3.0. Does Symantec plan to support and deliver WinPE 3.0?

    We have received information that WinPE 3.0 will be released in Q4 when DS 7.x will be released. Need to check if it will be supported by DS 6.9

    At least, that's the current plan, and so far it's looking good that it'll make it.  So far.  What is unknown is if we'll support 2.1 or 1.6 at that time or not.

    According Symantec information there will be support only in DS 7.x not in DS 6.9
