How do I convert a file hash from sep 11? I am part of an operation where sometimes SEP 11 fails to log the file name for one reason or another. I would like to know how to convert the file hash accordingly thus getting a file name. Thanks.

Its not possible to get the file name from a hash value.

Please provide more specifics about your requirement.
