file status is clean but gettong ERR_SOCKET_ERROR error.

Hi Guys,

i getting follwong error and here its showing file status clean and still getting socket error. can anyone help me on this.

Scan Policy : DEFAULT
File Status : CLEAN
Total Infection : 0
Definition Date : 1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM

Was the file located on a SAN? Can you share an actual screenshot?

i am using Symantec Protection Engine for Cloud Services 7.0 and integrated API in my asp.net application. from my apllication getting this error.
