Anyone using FSA with Mac systems in their organization? Anyone wanting to archive Mac generated content but been unable to in the past? Check out my blog entry detailing how the Mac is now a supported client for FSA and why we have not been able to offer that support previously:

If I was to test this, who do I contact for support.  Symantec or Group Logic?

ArchiveConnect is a Group

ArchiveConnect is a Group Logic product. So support of that is through themselves. Obvisouly any FSA archiving issues would be with Symantec. Group Logic are a member of STEP, so the appropriate measures to pass calls off to one another or engage with each other are in place (TSANet).
