  • 1.  The File System for this client's Virtual Patition could no be created or mounted.

    Hello I am using GSS2.0 and when I try to use the console to push an image running Windows 7 this is the error I get.  I have no clue where to go from here.   Thanks for any help.

    Hi Garman,

    This version of Ghost that you have does not support Windows 7. For the sake of Windows 7 imaging you would need to upgrade to Gss 2.5.1 which supports Windows 7. Please find the links below that would explain it.

    Yes this does help thank you.   So I am assuming that I can not upgrade for free and I am going to have to buy 2.5?

    Hi Garman,

    You could need to contact the Customer care team and ask about the licensing and they should be in a better position to help you with this. You would need to have your previous serial number or a license file that you have been using.

    You could call 800 721 3934 to talk to a customer care agent and you could get the details.
