Files difference from Manual and schduled scan

Hi all,

I found that there is a vast file difference from manual scan   to schduled, is that schduled scan is skipping some files.

here i am giving logs

9/30/2009 1:49:24 AM 9/30/2009 4:48:00 AM DSRSERVER Clean 934710 1 Manual scan
9/29/2009 10:00:02 PM 9/29/2009 11:53:35 PM DSRSERVER Clean 757160 0 Scheduled scan

A Schedule scan observe the

A Schedule scan observe the folder exclusion. So the number of files scanned appear to be less as comapred to a manual scan that scans all the files.
