  • 1.  Files getting quarintened everyday

    Hi,

     

    One of our client machines is getting pop-up from symantec everyday that files are getting quarintined. They are getting this error from past 2 weeks. When performing a manual scan doesn't detects any threats but still this error messages comes up everyday. The symantec definiton files are all upto date as can be seen from the SEP manager. Please help...!!

    HI,

    What type files are quarantine ?

    Check this artical may be help

    When new virus definitions are in place and the quarantine is being scanned, a DWH file is created and detected by Auto-Protect
