Please give best practice on this options, I cant totally understand

Backup Exec 2012 backup job using, 'Files not access in" setting within an exclusion rule is excluding all files of the specified type.

Files accessed in x days

Specifies the number of days for which to include accessed files if you selected Last accessed in (x) days in the Backup method for files field.

Symantec recommends that you specify at least 30 days in order to include the data needed to make your system operational if you have to restore a working set backup.
