yes, when you install or upgrade you may include that feature.

But I want to old SEP Client to the same facility...

ok, i did check it is possible.

Open SEPM console, Go to Admin ---> install packages---> under task select "set user collection information" a window will open ---> select the fields to the be entered by user. Save it by click "ok". \

The client when take the next heartbeat , a pop will appear and they will fill the information. Once filled, the next heartbeat the information will be available on SEPM console.

So, In that case, what you could do is Provide a Auto-Upgrade to all the Groups (as shown below)

By performing this, what would happen is a new package would be deployed with this command for asking them the user information.

Incase, if you don not choose to upgrade, then simply do not select the Latest package (as shown in step 2) and select the same old package.

Popup msg is require to update??

When I tried to add the required field and click ok then it show error " Specify the Popup Message"

remove the settings, by unchecking the collect user information and also uncheck to enable later.

the client which has not taken the policy will not get the pop up once you have unchecked the option as mentioned by me earlier.
