  • 1.  Filter formation

    I am creating a lot of computer filters according to subnet. I have used the filter expression as [Aex AC TCPIP] equal to 10.84..1.128 etc.

    How do i create a filter that has a range for the subnet eg. for subnet = 10.80.8-15.0

    Is there some kind of expression which I can use for a range or will I have to form multiple rules for 10.80.8.0 , 10.80.9.0 ,10.80.10.0 and so on....

    Please help with this.

    Here is the link to the KB article I referenced in my earlier post.  You will have to change the table name from "vcomputer" to the "[Aex AC TCPIP]". http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=HOWTO5281.  Let me know if you need anything else.
