  • 1.  Filter not working properly

    Hi, We are running SEP12 RU4MP1 in my environment. We have an issue when trying to pull a list of all Windows XP machines.

    Under Monitors tab, Next to "Operating system", we select "Windows XP" and the results come up with everything including Windows7

    What can we do to resolve this issue?

    Monitors - logs -computer status, export everything and then sort in excel ? 

    does it still give you same result?

    Hello,

    Try exporting the Computer status log and sort the operating system as per your requirement.

    Hi,

    @Rafeeq, that is what I am currently doing.

    @Mithun, that is what I tried doing but it gives me everything.

    Export it to the csv. Once in the csv filter out what you need.
