  • 1.  Filter options in process view

    Hello,

    does anyone know if it is possible to set the filter options for the ticket log for everyone, not just for yourself? I thought this was done via Admin->Portal->Manage Pages->Process View Pages->SD Incident View, but have lately not been able to reproduce this in different SD environments.

    Anyone got a clue if this indeed should be able to be done this way?

    The way you are doing it should work.  At least that is the way that I have found it to work.  Although I've found if someone has already configured their filters, changing it through manage pages doesn't reset it.

    If someone has never visited the page before (or configured their filters) then I believe it reverts to whatever defaults you put in place.  I'm not 100% confident on the part in brackets.

    I only think this as I have created new process views from scratch and I set the filters myself.  Everyone that visits that page for the first time had my default filters as I set them.  But as mentioned above, if someone alters the filters I haven't been able to override them by making further changes to the template.
