  • 1.  Find log of emails not sent

    Posted Feb 01, 2011 10:05 AM

I recently started using SEP and had about 15 invoices set to send at a certain time and when it arrived my Outlook sent the invoices but I got the following messages on a few:

Many Unexpected Pop-Ups from Symantec Email Proxy are Displayed
    Article: TECH122425

Is it possible after the fact to see a log of this?  If so, how do I view it and what emails didn't get sent an email even though all emails are in my Sent folder?

    Thanks for yor help.

I didn't see anything that said anything about emails in the risk log.

I see the following for Status:

    1) Antivirus and Antispyware Protection

    2) Proactive Threat Protection

    3) Network Threat Protection

Each has a 'Options' button but nothing in here has 'Risk' as an option.

I see the following for View logs:

    1) Antivirus and Antispyware Protection
    -Scan Log
    -Risk Log
    -System Log

    2) Proactive Threat Protection
    -Threat Log
    -System Log

    3) Network Threat Protection
    -Traffic Log
    -Packet Log

    4) Client Management
    -Control Log
    -Security Log
    -System Log
    -Tamper Protection Log

Any other thoughts on where this may be logged?

On the left  hand side, gop to  View logs and under  AV/AS protection click on view  logs-risk logs

Thanks.  Yes I did notice that but I see no log entries for today (2/1/2011).     Maybe it doesn't log when it gives you this message.
