Is there a way to automate and create a report when running the 'Find unmanaged computers' task?

We'd like to an automated report of unmanaged computers once a week to ensure all the clients have SEP MR5 installed.

You can have notification configured for that, it will send you the reports automatically

Open
SEPM
click on monitors
click on notification
select time range
select notification condition.
click on add
you will find "unmanaged computers"
just put in the details will work

Make sure Mail Server is configured

You can configure Mail Server under

Admin -> Server
Right click on the name of the site and click Edit properties

On the Mail Server TAB you can configure the mail server
