Endpoint Protection

Hello everybody.
I taken e-mail from Sep manager. Learned application Notification.
It is very useful. therefore I know which user use which exe :)
But I coulnd't take worms2.exe fingerprint. Sepmanager said it is 0000000000000000000000
Why this happend? and How can i find?

ps: I can connect user's computer with \\ipaddress\c$ and i can copy exe file in my computer. than i use checksum and i can find.
But i want to know why sep coulnd't take it?

 Well As far as I remember..it is still under investigation by symantec..kind of known issue..however you can try rebooting your client.Then it might show the right file fingerprint..

I understood. I'll connect to client computer with adminshare and copy file to my computer. than i will take fingerprint.HAve a nice day.
