It's a long story, but I have a few hundred users who are going to install the new Fireeye client on there systems (mostly WIn7 machines). These systems are already running SEP 12.1.2 (using the Antivirus/antispyware and Proactive Threat Protection components). Has anybody tried this? What, if any problems should I be aware of? Do these two play well together? will I need to exclude scans?

    Thanks

Haven't done this personally but I don't see why they won't play well together since they're different technologies? What is the fireeye client going to be doing? You can check with them to see if scan exclusions need to be made.

"Test" , test it on one system, not sure what your software does, Test it , if Symantec finds it then create an exclusion and submit as false positive
