We are unbale get IP.
We checked in SEPM logs system & we found below error
Firewall driver failed to open network adapter
Also in device manger we found that Teefer2 Miniport having exclamation mark.
SEP version is 11.0.6300.803
Have you tried running a repair on the client?
Uninstalling/re-installing?
Yes. I reinstall the client.
Even I upgrade the SEP version also.
but still persist.
In device manager, are you able to select Teefer2 and uninstall?

Which OS do you use? If it is Windows 7 SP1, keep in mind you should have SEP 11.0 RU7 or newer (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH167664).
I would then suggest you to install latest build of SEP to avoid any possible known defect.

Go into safe mode:
Remove the Teefer driver
