    Hi

    After installing SEP client on 100 clients 4 of them after opening the SEP client shows the following error:

    I have attached a SEP SUPPORT tool log to this forum discussion.

    Can you please help me to solve this problem?

    Hello,

    Since, this issue is a concern only on 4 machines.

    I would suggest you to:

    1) Manually Uninstall the Network Threat Protection Feature from Symantec Endpoint Protection from the Add/Remove programs

    2) Restart the machine

    3) Reinstall the Network Threat Protection Feature on Symantec Endpoint Protection from the Add/Remove programs.
