Using SEP 11.0.6200.754 - Configured a simple firewall rule to allow access to my laptop.

I can access the laptop from my desktop PC for about 2 secs and then SEP blocks subsequent attempts to access shared folders.

What am I doing wrong ? See attached file ....

try disabling NTP for sometime and see if you can get access to remote machine?

If yes, check the logs and see which rule is blocking

I would recommend you look at the network threat protection traffic log and see what is being blocked, you will want to try to connect to the machine then immediately look at the log to determine the cause. Once you do you can upload your log or a screen shot so we can try to determine whats happening. Also another thing is what AV is installed on the other machine, does it have a firewall also? If so look at the logs on that machine too.
