we have the same problem listed here:

but the presented solution doesn't work with our environment 7.5 Sp1

Any advice?

What didn't work?  Based on the KB, it looks like it has you uninstalling every setupportal MSI package that you have installed and reinstalling the newest one.  Were there multiple MSIs installed when you did the removal?  When you installed I'm assuming you installed the MSI related to the version you upgraded to?  Have you tried cycling IIS and the Altiris services?

I see the first time setup as showed in the kb and not the enhanced silverlight version.

There was only a single MSI and i removed then reinstalled it.

Done IISRESET and restart of Altiris services too.

Did you remove the MSI and reinstall it or did you remove it and then install the correct one?  The issue as described happens when the wrong version is installed.  for 7.5 SP1, the MSI you want is:

altiris_setupportal_7_5_sp1_x64.msi

Be sure to install using the command line specified in the KB which allows you to do the install outside of SIM.

I've removed the MSI and reinstalled the correct one. maybe my version is corrupted. Where i can find a fresh one?

When I checked earlier for you, I was having the same issue (I guess I wasn't aware since I do not use the first time setup portal).  I did the exact same instructions in the KB and it worked fine for me.  If you would like to try another copy of the MSI, I've uploaded the copy from my production server and it's below.

Just tried your MSI, restarted IIS, services and the whole server with no results.

Try to check that "WCF Services" are completely installed (or reinstall them) on your 7.5 SP1 Server.

Also, have you tried to check, what I.E browser throws in log output on attempt to load Enhanced Console?

Does you Windows Server is US OS or it is running on another regional settings?

I don't know why... i've just deployed 2 agents, and merely for fun i went to the "first time setup" page. Now it works...
