Is really resolved this issue "Disable Symantec Endpoint Protection" option is grayed out from the SEP tray icon for Domain Administrators with UAC enabled ? I don't think so sad

Without UAC this option is active, with UAC it's still greyed out...

    Hello,

The Issue has been resolved in the SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1.

Have you restarted the machines after you TURN OFF the User Account Control (UAC)?

    Hope that helps!!

    Hello,

It seems the Case was already assigned to the Symantec Technical Support Technician, however he seems to have failed in contacting you as there was no contact number provided.

You would be receiving an Email within few moments.

Could you provide the Technician your Contact number.

Keep me posted. You could PM me directly as well.

    Thanks for your response.

I received email from Support yesterday.

Bad information is, that this issue seems to be still common in this release.
