  • 1.  Flags in Touchdown

    Sync TD via Active Sync. Flags are created and deleted in TD and visible in PC Mail Client but not in TD itself. Flags created in PC email client show up in TD. Very strange behavior. Has anybody an idea how to fix this?

    Hi,

    When you set a flag, it removes itself when it syncs, but still makes it up to the server?

    Very odd- can you write in to touchdown-support@symantec.com so we can review some logs?
