Also I have checked in the event viwer of client and didn't find any issue .
Also I like to mentioned please ignore the alert message if you found the client is unable to conncet the Master server as client and Master server are in Different Subnet

Well thats what I am seeing, issues with client talking to master:
14:16:33.421 [7564.6588] <2> store_bpfis_state_on_master: Sending bpfis state file id ukmaifile4_1355752821 for client ukmaifile4 to master riomdsbks01
HI Revaroo,
Could you please let me know what changes I should make so that all the request goes to the media server not to the master server ,
Also I checked the log for other server on which we have configured the Flash backup and which is running fine , this server is also showing the above error message on the bpfis log of the client
Regards,
Rohit
hmm ok, bpbkar and bptm, bpbrm logs needed. bpbkar from client, bptm and bpbrm from media server.
All at VERBOSE level and reproduce the issue.
Hi Revaroo ,
Logs also attached , our media server and client are in diffenrt time zone so the logs are having differnt time enetry

Rohit
What's the difference in the time between the client and media server? Why is there a difference too?
Are they in different countries? If so, have you checked the network?
HI Revaroo,
Yes they are both in differnt time zone as they are in differnt country but as far network issue backup of rest of the drive which is configured via normal master client is running successfully.

Rohit
Open a call with Symantec, get them to check the network connectivity with the App Critical tool.
Case is opened with Symantec , and today after business hours going to reboot the server as they are expecting the hung BPBKAR processes .

Rohit
Rohit, be interesting to know if that helps. Please post back if you get a solution.
Does your client ukmaifile4 have a route to communicate with your master server riomdsbks01?
How "bpclntcmd -pn" on ukmaifile4 shows?

This means your client ukmaifile4 can not communicate with your master server riomdsbks01.
It seems that there are no network routes from ukmaifile4 to riomdsbks01. Ahd this is the reason why bpfis got failed.
