fmtInboxNewWorkitemTitle e-mails

Hi,
I just encountered an issue for the second time which I had originally thought was just a fluke but it happened again.
When a user e-mails the helpdesk, it puts a blank ticket in with a title of "fmtInboxNewWorkitemTitle". The first time it happened I rebooted the server and it started working fine. It happened again today and I didn't want to reboot so I restarted some of the altiris services, one being the NS receiver and it started working.
Has anyone else come across this before?

Hello Jen, just out of curiousity what version of NS/HD are you running. It appears that the title string is not getting built. If this occurs, you should just have to restart IIS for the refresh. I know that's not addressing the root of the problem. So, what I would do is first start off by deleting and recreating the inbox rule. I have seen these become corrupt. If that does not work, I would then try and run a repair on Helpdesk. Lastly, anything strange in the logs?
