  • 1.  Forgot password button not working

    My SMB End Point got uninstalled (license not yet expired).

    I tried to log on my email used when I purchased the license, but could not get through.

    I tried to reset my login password, but never received the reset password email from Symantec.

    Questions:

    1. Can I re-install the application only by clicking the setup program (without login)?
    2. How do I reset my login password if I don't receive email from Symantec?

    Request:

    To Symantec, please do something to correct the functionality of your "Forgot Password" button.

    Are you entering the same email address that exists in the portal? I assume you are but if the portal doesn't have the exact email address it won't work. Aside from that, I would suggest contacting support to get it resolved.

    You should still be able to run the setup if you have it
