  • 1.  Forgot SEPM Password

    Hi All,

    We have SEPM RU1-MP1 installed and now we have forgot our password and it seems that in SEPM 12.1 there is NO resetpass.bat available to reset the admin password.

    Also we haven't configure email server to recover password through email.

    Please suggest what can be done to recover the password.

    Hello,

    I would suggest you to create a Case with Symantec Technical Support.

    They would help you with a Resetpass tool for SEP 12.1
