Hi  Team,

We  are using  EV for Exchange Mailbox archiving and Journal Mailbox archiving .  We also use Discovery accelerator.

We  want to know how to form PST file of user from archived  and non archived emails.

Kidly  provide method  for  the same.

Quick Look Solution

So what is the purpose for

So what is the purpose for the PST?  The purpose will determine the best method.

It is possible to use DA to search the Journal archives for all the users mail and export that to a PST, but it would be a flat file with no folder structure.

If the user is leaving and you want to give him a copy of all his mail then you could archive everything in the mailbox and then use the Export Wizard to export the archive to a PST.

Another option would be to restore the archive back to Exchange and then export the mailbox to a PST.
