I'm trying to create a compliance rule to forward a copy of a specific NDR message to a group of users. I must be doing this incorrectly b/c it's not working as I intended. I have a compliance rule configured to foward me a copy of the NDR message if either one of the conditions exist:
If subject contains “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” and if file metadata file name is “IMPORTANT: Your Product Receipt” then forward a copy
OR
If subject contains “Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender” and if file metadata file name is “Confirmation Email” then forward a copy
However, it seems if the NDR gets classified as SPAM I get the notice, but if it get deliverly to the user that sends it I don't get a copy. I want to create a rule that will forward me a copy of the NDR if it goes to SPAM or is delivered normally to the sender. Is there a way to do this?
