Suppose if we want to forward alerts from OpsCenter to a third-party monitoring tool like NimSoft, below is the procedure.

1)Make sure that SNMP service is running on OpsCenter

2) Create a community with the name "OpsCenter" (default) under SNMP service properties and specify SNMP receipient server names

3) Create some alert policies in OpsCenter and make sure to mention the Trap receipients while creating alert policy

4) Test the policy.
