This issue has been solved. See solution.

Is there a link I can use to download the freedos files from symantec? I can't seem to find them.

They are on the same page as the product download page

If you go find the download for 6.9 (not supported in 7.x), you'll find WinPE x32, WinPE x64, Freedos, and Linux files all there.

Altiris download page

Go here http://www.altiris.com/Download.aspx then choose Deployment Solution for Clients 6.9 SP4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and it will bring you to the download page.

That's correct!

Hi Phyrant.

That is the most direct route to get the downloads. Just remember that you might have to log into your SymAccount.
