An error prevents this program from continuing:

 Could not get file info. This archive is likely corrupted. Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

Hi

Is this error occuring while opening any drive folder or when you are trying to open sep and scan for the virus. If this error you are getting while opeing drive then go to command prompt and type chkdsk [drive:] [/p] [/r]   then it will ask for yes to continue then say yes and reboot. lets fix the disk issue and check the status

If the above provided Info helps then Mark as Solution

Is this is a compressed file?

If yes, this error message can occur if the zip archive is corrupted. The zip archive can corrupt due to a number of reasons including virus attack, spy ware attack or due to CRC (Cyclic Redundancy Check) error.

Are we talking about a specific application?

How is it related to SEP? Do you have it istalled and FreeExtractor is blocked?

hi

first extract the zip file and then run the setup.exe

this happens when you dont extract the zip file and run the setup.exe
