Sounds like it may have been corrupted. Have you tried a re-install on an affected machine?

Please click the "Mark as solution" link at bottom left on the post that best answers your question. This will benefit admins looking for a solution to the same problem.

Pop ups are happening at several machines at same time, and since all the machine are updated by symantec's definition daily, then how is this possible that several machines getting affected .

It is not impossible that you get a new threat or a new variant before us hence before we create and publish the related AV signature. Try to run a full scan with most recent definitions (aka rapid release definitions):

If still nothing, you need to isolate the infection vector and submit the sample to us to create the related signatures.

Have you find any file on which you some doubt like that file is creating some problem running in background?

Because this type of error is only occur when any application file are getting corrupt.

Try to check the registry path.
Hkey local Machine\ microsoft\ window\ current version\ run.
If you can find any file which are not related to your office application then go to that path and save that file in .rar or check the malicious status from below mnetion site
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner (

If it will show you that file is virus file then submit in symantec for the latest updated rapid release

Otherwise remove the antivrus and reinstall on one system and check the same isssue is continuos there or not.

Kindly check above and reply.

when i performed complete scan twice on one machine, in second time i found a suspicious file named as Filename: A0015960.exe Risk: W32.fujacks!CE Action Description: Risk was partially removed.

this issue happened in almost 600 machines at the same time, you can also find the attached screen shots for more description.
i am need of solution which can be centrally applied to all the machine at same time.
