Endpoint Protection

We have symantec 11 and keep getting a pop up saying risk were detected on our front end users pc's.  Our 3rd party vendor (that owns the pc's and manages them) has not answered us yet in how to turn this off on the manager console.  I do have access to it, and if it is a simple task, I would love some help!

Does anyone know off hand where I could go in the manger console to stop our front end users from seeing this every day?

To Turn off the Notifications:

UNCHECK the check box.

1) Login to SEPM

2. Click on Clients on the left

3. Choose the appropriate group

4. Click the Policies tab

5. Under Policies > AntiVirus and Antispyware > Edit the Policy > Select each of the following and configure the Notifications Tab in each and

* File System Auto-Protect

I tried this method and this still did not work.

I actually went inside the policies, found the policy that was applied to our group, and uncheck every notifications tab I found.  There was only 1 policy that had a Location Use Count, that's the policy I unchecked.  I think out of that policy, 5 or 6 subheaders had Notification Tabs.  I went to each and made sure to uncheck to show the notification. ( I did this yesterday)

I then logged on to a computer this morning and I am still seeing the pop up.

Is this the only solution?

 This issue has been resolved in RU5 (11.0.5 ) the one that's released yesterday.
Only in RU5 you get the option to disable this pop-up message.

The upgrade should fix the issue?
