FSA Agent not installing on FSA Server

This issue has been solved. See solution.

All -

I'm trying to install the 32bit version of the EVFSA agent manually via ".MSI". I'm receiving the following error:

"A 5.3 Version of Storage Exec exists on the agent. Installation can not continue".

Has anyone run into this issue before? Do I have to uninstall "Strage Exec" agent? Not clear.
