I was testing on two users and applied a FSA folder policy to use the Internet link shortcut, after test we discovered that the Internet link will not work for us.  I changed them both to use the Volume policy that uses the Placeholder shortcut.  The problem now is all of the items that were archived with Internet link shortcut policy still have the Internet shortcut, how can I have the previously archived items have the Placeholder shortcut ?
