Do both type of FSA Archive runs use the same checkpoint?  Meaning if I run a scheduled job against a target and it fails to complete in the schedule window and I come in later and kick off a manual job - against the same target, will the manual job look at the Checkpoint folder and start off where the scheduled job finished or will the manual job start over and the next scheduled job will go to the Checkpoint folder?

Scheduled and Run Now use

Scheduled and Run Now use different checkpoint files, if you check you will see that run now produces …archiverunnow.xml files while scheduled creates archivescheduled.xml

•          FSA Task can be run in six modes
–      Normal mode
•          Scheduled
•          Run Now
•          Run Now, create shortcuts only
–      Report mode
•          Scheduled
•          Run Now
•          Run Now, create shortcuts only

-          Each scan mode will have a checkpoint file, therefore pick up from the last run of that type.
