FSA Utility -t -s \\server\share\folder -d \\server\share\newfolder will not work, why??

Hello,
I have an urgent need to recall some data to an alternate location and cannot get  FSA Utility -t -s  \\server\share\folder -d \\server\share\newfolder  to work
I get the error   ERROR: Invalid fileserver or volume name. Please enter a valid UNC path.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

can you browse \\server\share\newfolder from the EV Server as the VSA?

Hey Tony,
Yes, I can. After working with support I was told that this was an issue with our FSA agent version. I found a work around on the file server side for what we were trying to do.
