FSR wizard not loading
Created: 21 Jan 2009 | Updated: 21 May 2010 | 1 comment
This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have an unusual problem: Whenever I try to create an FSR image for recovery, I get the attached error message. This is after I set my IE security settings down to allow the installation of a non-signed ActiveX (which probably has more to do with my security settings than anything else).
I'm not seeing anything in the log files that correspond to the times I see this error - but I'm probably not looking in the right spot. Has anyone else seen anything like this? Is there a manual way to install/run the FSR wizard?
Thanks in advance!
Andrew

Andrew,
There is a KB article that discusses the cause and solution for this. YOu can find it at http://kb.altiris.com. The search is not too advanced, so just search for " incorrect browser" and it should find it (with a product selected of Recovery Solution of course).
Thanks,
Kyle
